Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Shipping to the US and Canada is free. Orders ship within 1-3 business days and are delivered 5-9 business days after that, so 6-12 business days in total. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

How big is the splash guard?

It measures 60 x 40 x 40 cm (about 23.6 x 15.7 x 15.7 inches). It fits most standard litter boxes up to about 23 x 15 inches (58 x 38 cm). Extra-large or jumbo boxes may not fit, so please measure your box first.

Is a litter box included?

No. The litter box is not included. The splash guard goes around the litter box you already have.

Is it waterproof and easy to clean?

Yes. It's made of waterproof fabric, so you can simply wipe it clean.

Is it hard to set up?

No tools needed. Unfold it, slide the support board into the base, and place your litter box inside. It folds flat again for storage or travel.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, email us at hello.luxira@outlook.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello.luxira@outlook.com. Once approved, we'll send you return instructions. Please don't send items back without approval.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
